Can you do 200 squats?!

Cuz I sure as hell can't. So today I took the initial test for the two hundred squat training program, which is a casual program to help you get to 200 consecutive squats, all the while increasing your strength and encouraging overall health and fitness. I have a love hate relationship with my legs: I love my calves and hate my thighs, so I'm adding this fun new challenge to my 2012 fitness goals. 

In my initial test, I can do about 40 squats comfortably. The program discourages pushing yourself into pain territory in the test and risk being on the wrong track, so if I were to brag, I'd say I could probably do more. But hey, 40 is not too bad! Only 160 more...yay. The program includes a logger to keep track of your progress (LOVE keeping track of things online!) and I'm looking forward to it. I'm trying to specifically work on my *ahem* derriere, but are squats not your thing? The program originally began with the hundred pushup training program, or you can try the other programs like situps and pullups.
